    Email your document in MS Word format to ann@academicproofreading.co.uk. Include your name, institution, and any deadline. Advance booking is strongly recommended during busy periods.


  2. Review and correction

    I confirm your word count and fixed price, then proofread your document using Word's Track Changes so you can see exactly what has been corrected. I also provide written feedback on style and structure, and ensure that your reference section is complete and correctly formatted according to your institution’s requirements.

  3. Receive and pay

    Your corrected document is returned by email — often the next day. You pay only after you have received your work and confirmed you are satisfied. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal.
